Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.
Return Window

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
⚠️ Important Hygiene Exception for Health & Geriatric Products: Due to safety, health, and hygiene regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This includes, but is not limited to: personal care items, support cushions, braces, compression socks, and any item that comes into direct contact with skin or bodily fluids. Original factory seals on these products must be intact.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
